PAYMENTS AND SHIPPING
Payment methods:
1. Online transfer processed through one of the available payment gateways.
2. Traditional bank transfer – a payment method for customers who prefer self-login to online banking, visiting a bank branch, or post office. After reserving the ordered goods, the customer receives by email the bank account number to which the appropriate amount should be transferred. Upon receipt of the payment on the bank account, the order is transferred to the warehouse for shipment preparation.
Shipping:
Shipping is carried out via Dutch post within the Netherlands and the European Union exclusively with tracking option using Track & Trace code.
Please note that shipping costs include preparation, packaging, and service costs.

● The Netherlands – package fitting in the mailbox, Track & Trace – 4.25€

● European Union – package fitting in the mailbox, up to 100 grams, Track & Trace 7.50€

● Outside EU – package fitting in the mailbox, up to 100 grams, Track & Trace 13.95€. Please be aware of the possibly longer time of proceeding due to custom procedures

● Standard purchase over 49€ – free shipping

● Made-to-order or personalized products, not included in the standard offer, with large or unusual dimensions – the shipping cost is calculated individually and communicated to the customer separately.
